At Mèlasun, we are committed to delivering your order as smoothly and quickly as possible. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after purchase confirmation.
During launch periods, restocks, or promotional drops, processing times may be slightly extended. If this happens, we will always keep you informed.
For pre-order items, dispatch timelines will be clearly stated on the product page. Please note that pre-order items are shipped once production is complete and stock arrives at our warehouse.
2. Shipping Times & Delivery
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–12 business days (depending on destination)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak periods.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly communicated on our website.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.
Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in Mèlasun’s product or shipping prices.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at contact@melasun.co.uk and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at contact@melasun.co.uk.
We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
