2. Scope of Application

These Terms of Sale govern all sales of products made through the website www.wearemelasun.com to consumers and non-professional buyers.

By placing an order, the customer fully accepts these Terms of Sale without reservation.

3. Products

Products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

However, minor variations (such as colour display depending on screen) may occur and shall not engage the seller’s liability.

The seller reserves the right to modify product assortments at any time.

4. Pricing

5. Orders

In accordance with EU consumer law, the customer has a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the order, without justification.

Returned products must be:

  • unused
  • unopened
  • in original packaging

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned products or proof of shipment.

9. Returns & Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Products that are used, opened, or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for refund.

For hygiene and safety reasons, some cosmetic products may be excluded from returns if opened, in compliance with applicable law.

10. Liability

The seller shall not be held responsible for:

  • improper use of products
  • allergic reactions or misuse
  • damages resulting from misuse or negligence

Customers are responsible for checking ingredient lists before use.

These Terms are governed by British law.

In case of dispute, and failing amicable resolution, jurisdiction shall lie with the competent courts of the seller’s registered office.
